Meet Jen

Hi, I’m Jen — a certified Speech-Language Pathologist and Executive Function Coach. I work full-time at The Neuro Rehab Institute through the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), supporting individuals recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, and other neurological conditions. My passion is helping people recognize their strengths, adapt their strategies, and thrive in both everyday life and high-demand environments.

I began my career at The New England Center for Children after earning my master’s degree from Emerson College in 2019. There, I developed a deep understanding of how flexible routines, individualized supports, and well-timed brain breaks can make all the difference. These tools remain foundational to how I coach clients today.

In 2021, I relocated from Massachusetts to Charleston (in search of sunshine!) and earned my ADHD-Rehabilitation Services Provider (ADHD-RSP) certification in 2022. While I continue to support students and young adults, I’ve expanded my work to serve high-performing professionals and neurodivergent individuals seeking more consistency, structure, and confidence in their day-to-day lives.

Through coaching, I help people uncover their potential, build sustainable habits, and feel more in control of their lives. Whether you’re balancing a demanding job, managing life transitions, or navigating executive function challenges like time management, focus, or follow-through — I’m here to help. Coaching with me is collaborative, encouraging, and tailored to your unique needs.

If you think we’d be a good match, I’d love to hear from you.
