You don't need to try harder. You need a system that works with your brain.
Amethyst Executive Function helps college & graduate students and working adults who keep colliding with starting, focusing, planning, and following through. Practical toolkits and one-on-one coaching, built by a licensed speech-language pathologist.
A system built around how executive function actually works.
Every toolkit and coaching session focuses on a specific skill — so progress feels clear, not scattered.
A toolkit for every skill, a system for the whole picture
Each toolkit is focused and printable: the why behind the struggle, the strategies that actually help, and fill-in pages to make them yours. Every one is color-coded to an AMETHYST skill, so you can see at a glance exactly what you're working on.

Please note: Executive function coaching is educational and skill-based — it is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. Coaching does not diagnose or treat ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or any medical condition. While I am a licensed speech-language pathologist, coaching is provided in a non-clinical capacity and does not create a clinician–patient relationship. It is not a substitute for care from your physician, therapist, or other qualified provider. If you have medical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
Multi-session packages are available on request — just mention it when you reach out.
Coaching built on clinical experience
Every strategy in the shop comes from real work with real brains — from university classrooms to neuro-rehabilitation clinics.
Hi, I'm Jen.
I'm a certified Speech-Language Pathologist and Executive Function Coach, and the founder of Amethyst Executive Function.
My work is built on a simple belief: executive function challenges aren't a character flaw or a lack of effort — they're a skills gap, and skills can be taught. Through the AMETHYST Framework, I help people build the systems and strategies that make everyday life feel more manageable — not by pushing them to try harder, but by giving them tools that actually fit how their brain works.
I work with college and graduate students navigating the jump from structured, supported environments to managing everything on their own for the first time; working adults and high-performing professionals looking for more consistency and follow-through; and neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD — seeking practical, sustainable structure in their day-to-day lives.
Through both coaching and guided toolkits, I help clients strengthen the eight core skills behind independence and confidence: attention, memory, executive function, time management, healthy habits, yielding, self-advocacy, and task initiation. Coaching is collaborative and tailored to your specific goals; the toolkits offer that same framework in a self-paced, printable format for anyone who wants to start building these skills on their own.
My clinical background spans neurorehabilitation and work with autistic individuals at a specialized school — experience that shapes how I think about building strategies that hold up in real life, not just on paper.
If you think we'd be a good match, I'd love to hear from you. Let's build a plan that works for your life.
You don't need a perfect week.
You need a plan that fits your brain.
